Team Lead - LDO Operations Assistant Vice President
Location: Wrocław

You have an opportunity to become part of the international Listed Derivative Operations (LDO) department leading the Clearing, Control and Client teams and as the Team Lead of the LDO team you are responsible for the supervision and service delivery.

The LDO Clearing team is responsible for performing daily clearing services for all exchanges and markets.  The LDO control team is responsible for performing the daily controls, reconciliations, and margining functions and the LDO Client Middle Office team is responsible for all post trade client operational activities and have extensive interaction with clients, other operations areas and the front office.

As the LDO Team Lead you will be responsible for all following key deliverables:

  • Staff Management and development
  • Oversight and Control of the LDO processes
  • Escalation point for both internal and external clients
  • Delivery against key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Generate global management reporting.
  • Deliver and track change initiatives including productivity
  • Facilitate training and accreditation programs

As a Team Lead your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Min. three years of work experience
  • Experience in leading a team and staff development
  • Process oversight and management
  • Strong client service and relationship building
  • The ability to problem solve and deliver accurate solutions under time constraints.
  • A proven ability to improve processes and client service

The successful individual will require a keen interest in financial markets and a desire to undertake a career in Investment Banking Operations.
