Technical Parts Specialist - First Line Support

Requirements:

very good knowledge of English both spoken and written
knowledge of cars construction
computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
well developed communication skills
very good working time organization
accuracy
ability to work in a team
ability to work under tome pressure
experience in Customer Service or Call Center would be a great asset

Responsibilities:

diagnose and resolve Customer Queries raised internally and externally as a First Line Support
monitor quality of responses looking for initiatives to help improve customer satisfaction
research limited information sources to obtain a satisfactory answer to the question raised or forward it to Second Line Support
keep the customer up to date on all actions taken
follow progression of query through to resolution, arrange catalogue correction where necessary
liaise & support other departments where required
