Job Description
- Managing technical projects of different size and complexity (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking, root cause analysis etc.),
- Fulfilling the role between the project management and the technical disciplines involved in a project (Mainframes, Networks, Applications and Tooling, Service management, Service Desks, Telco, Server adm.)
- Liaising with other units within the service delivery organization and within the business; managing expectations for projects, assuring effective communications between engineering, technical, construction, and project controls groups
- Ensuring that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed.
Job Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Telco, information technology, engineering or related field
- Proven track record of participating in cross-functional IT or Business projects
- Fluent spoken and written English, French or German
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or other common project management desktop tools.
- Project management awareness. Prince2 foundation/PMI CAPM is a plus
