Job description:


Understands the market landscape, the competitive environment and the needs of the relevant sales channels, including but not limited to providing timely, accurate, competitive insights, pricing and developments.

Identifies and manages suitable distribution and OEM partners for sustainable sales growth and brand awareness in the region for Professional Products (LiftMaster brand), including but not limited to:

  • Classifying and managing the portfolio (pricing, terms & conditions, marketing efforts) according to ABC criteria
  • Establishing and executing action plans to identify appropriate key accounts and distribution partners
  • Initiating prospect and customer contacts, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Initiating and cross-functionally coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new channels
  • Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Managing all aspects of the customer relationship, including annual budgeting, managing the product portfolio, terms & conditions, contracting, pricing and payment, all in accordance with company goals and guidelines

Manages a portfolio of diverse customers for sustainable growth, profit and customer satisfaction, using customer tiers, value-based sales strategies and partnership marketing programs, including but not limited to:

  • Classifying and managing the portfolio (pricing, terms & conditions, marketing efforts) according to ABC criteria
  • Managing the order-to-cash process from start to finish, in close collaboration with customer service and finance
  • Identifying customer needs, proposing and implementing suitable, profitable solutions
  • Driving brand building and demand creation programs with customers
  • Developing and executing appropriate tools for the specific market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Contributing to the development of training and other programs for customers and clients of the customer (installers)
  • Participating in trade shows

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, marketing, engineering or business management
  • Must be fluent in English, Polish and Russian – verbal and written. Baltic languages a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in gate or door automation. Previous experience with a competitor is ideal
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management and Key Account Management
  • Profound  knowledge of the markets in Poland, Russia, Baltic, Belarus and Ukraine
  • Specific experience working with multinational teams in Europe
  • Experience in developing a profound network of distributors/partners in a complex, multi-channel, multi-geography market environment required. Proven experience in growing businesses a plus
