For our Client, well known, multinational company, we are looking the candidates for the position of

transport purchasing assistant

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • support to a team of 7 buyers of transport services in Western Europe
  • preparing  the contract renewal packages
  • providing administrative back up  throughout the contract renewal process
  • maintaining supplier databases
  • participating in several commercial projects in the logistics area
  • contact on an international level with internal employees and suppliers from many nationalities

Expectations:

  • higher education (BA degree minimum)
  • job experience at the similar position
  • fluency in English in speaking and writing
  • knowledge of another major western European language (French, German, Italian…) as an asset
  • practical knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
  • logical thinking
  • high level of accuracy and thoroughness
  • ability to work independently and manage several important tasks and projects simultaneously
  • strong communication skills
