Wholesale Distribution Sales Manager
Miejsce pracy: Central Poland or home office
- Implementation and development of a wholesale parts development programme, to include both dealer and independent repairer propositions
- Conduct regular scheduled visits and performance reviews with assigned wholesale parts dealers
- Create and implement wholesale health check process and develop action plans in the areas such as: Operational efficiencies, Implementing a wholesale parts sales plan, Sales performance targeting within the Dealer
- To provide intensive on-site coaching, developing a sales culture within all parts roles
- To provide a detailed follow-up of the action plan’s effectiveness, implementing additional activity where required
- Working knowledge of the Automotive Industry, specifically the retail dealership working environment
- Understanding of franchised dealer parts business practices
- Ability to achieve sustainable performance improvement is imperative
- Previous/current experience of working in a regional role, for a consultancy, franchised dealer group, aftermarket supplier or vehicle manufacturer would be an advantage
- Polish & English Speaking
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Ability to influence at senior management level
- Excellent sales and customer handling techniques
- Excellent issue identification and rectification skills
- Self-starter
