    Account Manager (m/f) Automotive & Specialised Applications

    Responsibilities: 

    • Support and implement European Strategies and translate them into Sales and Development Programs by working with OEMs and suppliers / tiers / customers/  business functions 
    • Develop and maintain meaningful key customer relationship
    • Manage business and develop project pipeline
    • Market development and translation of applications to clients’ needs
    • Review and manage profitability per customer, pricing, contract new proposals, support negotiations, review account receivables
    • Support customer complaint handling- and commercial settlement process
    • Facilitate pricing and offering process
    • Develop, implement and review account strategies for growth
    • Foster growth by identifying customer needs and translating them into viable specifications
    • Review and compile competitive information for input into sales strategy updates

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in technical, scientific or business related field
    • Minimum 5-7 years of selling experience within plastics or specialty chemicals industry
    • Experience in value selling and developing value propositions
    • Leadership skills including entrepreneurial attitude; highly self-motivated
    • Ability to easily build up relationships
    • Ability to effectively work both as an individual contributor and as an effective influencer of peers and professionals in other functions
    • Willingness to travel extensively
    • Fluent in English and Polish, a third language (i. e. German) is a plus

    This role is home-office based; location is flexible in Poland
