HR Administration Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

As HR Administration Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all HR admin related queries
  • Processing HR documentation
  • Processing benefits data
  • Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
  • Providing secretarial support by entering, formatting, scanning and printing information
  • Preparing monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Maintaining permanent contact with the external payroll provider
  • Ensuring relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
  • Supporting Coordinator in day-to-day administration tasks
  • Submitting employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data.

You are a perfect candidate if you:

  • Have experience on the similar position in an internal HR department (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Have experience in payroll , personnel administration and benefits administration processes
  • Have experience in multinational organisation
  • Have knowledge of Polish Labour Law and Payroll rules
  • Are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Hold a university degree
  • Are familiar with IT technologies (MS Office, Excel)
  • Have knowledge of SAP (considered an asset)
  • Have high ethical standards
  • Have high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Are a self-disciplined and proactive team player
  • Have a keen eye for details and Can Do attitude
  • Have an ability to prioritize and organize work appropriately
  • Are highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities
  • Are helpful with a solid customer service approach
  • Are able to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
