  • Workplace Consultancy – Act as a workplace consultant under the direction of the Head of Workplace & Design for assignments in Kraków as well as elsewhere in Poland.  This includes activity measurement and analysis, preparation of space budgets, requirements analysis, furniture inventories among other studies.
  • Architecture and Interior Design –  Under the direction of the Senior Architect prepare and lead space plans and critically review space plans prepared by others.  Lead or participate in the preparation of concept designs and “look & feel” presentations.
  • Project Management Support – Assist and support the CBRE lead project manager located in Kraków in the preparation and realization of fit outs.  Provide move management (packing, logistics, welcome pack etc).
  • Client Care – At all times maintain a client focus and satisfy their needs.
  • Team – Provide team support to the Kraków office in all matters.
  • Business Development – Attend client meetings, prepare marketing and pitch materials and promote Building Consultancy services. 
  • Administration – As directed undertake administrative activities on other projects and as required.


  • Graduate (Msc degree) in architecture, urban design or building related subject.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in commercial design field. Experience in office fit-outs will be an incentive.
  • Very good design skills. AutoCAD and design skills are essential
  • Very good 3D design skills with ability to prepare quality visualizations and rendering.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, with very good skills in MS Excel.
  • English - Full professional proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels, including top management and executives.
  • Motivated, flexible, productive, output driven and with initiative.
  • Dedicated team player. Working in a team and supporting other service lines.
  • Multitasker – able to perform variety of activities on various levels of skills.
  • Desirable trait: passion for good books.
