Your responsibilities

The 1st Level Support Lead will be responsible for leading the 1st level support team, as well as handling support inquiries and assisting team in daily operations. This person will serve as a point of contact in answering and handling internal Service Department queries. The 1LSL will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that processes are being followed up to the highest possible standards to meet customers’ expectations.

  • Reliable team player with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong soft skills and technical acumen

  • Fluent written and spoken English
