Key responsibilities:
- Delivering 1st line support
- Ensure proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests and changes
- Liaising with 2nd/3rd line support when necessary
- Ticketing system management with group SLA
- Regional project participation
- Creating new and updating existing documentation
What we expect:
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk and international environment.
- English – very good communication skills
- Experience with supporting and administering Windows and MS Office, 365
- supporting, mobile devices, desktops, laptops and other hardware,
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365
- Understanding(at least basic) of networking technologies such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
- Willingness to learn new technologies
