Your responsibilities

  • Provide support to everyday problems and IT related issues in stores to ensure continuous operations

  • Solving and documenting problems reported by Store

  • Maintaining the list of requests and tickets

  • Cooperating with external IT service providers and service companies

Our requirements

  • English - good and Spanish, Italian - expert

  • Interest in the IT subject

  • Good knowledge of issues related to computer hardware, Windows operating systems and office software

  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems

  • Internal client orientation

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Readiness to work in shifts

  • Both IT (or related fields) students and graduates are welcomed
