Your responsibilities
Provide support to everyday problems and IT related issues in stores to ensure continuous operations
Solving and documenting problems reported by Store
Maintaining the list of requests and tickets
Cooperating with external IT service providers and service companies
Our requirements
English - good and Spanish, Italian - expert
Interest in the IT subject
Good knowledge of issues related to computer hardware, Windows operating systems and office software
Ability to diagnose and solve problems
Internal client orientation
Communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Readiness to work in shifts
Both IT (or related fields) students and graduates are welcomed
