Currently, for our Client a global investments company that has been at the centre of the global financial markets, providing the world’s leading institutions the tools, capabilities, and services to be distinctive investors in 35 countries, we are looking for:
360 Recruiter (UK/Ireland/EMEA market) in Krakow ISC or remotely
In this role you will take full accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a chance to use international candidate network when finding candidates, deal with a wide variety of positions, develop long-term and growing relationship with Hiring Leaders and create recruitment strategies tailored to Client’s needs.

We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent recruitment and sourcing skills gained in an agency or in internal Talent Acquisition team, strong abilities of multitasking and very good English (C1). Fluency in Polish would be a big asset but it is not a must. Experience in recruiting Finance/Accounting/IT specialists and knowledge of local labour market will be more than welcome. In addition you need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with Candidates and Clients.
