    3DVIA Customer Support Intern
    Location: Kraków

    3DVIA technical support team has been created in 2018 to support 3DVIA solution for IKEA called IKEA Kitchen Planner in 24x7 manner with very aggressive response and resolution time. The plans for the team in 2019 include expanding a support services in 2 directions: 

    • tailored solutions or projects for big companies comparable to IKEA
    • supporting/training/introduction of HomeByMe for smaller companies. For that a new intern position is essential to expand planned scope of support services.

    What will your job be? 

    • technical support of the company's products in accordance with the procedures
    • maintain communication with application maintenance team or systems administrators on the customers side in English
    • reproduce and resolve incidents reported by the customers
    • regular reporting of working progress
    • work collaboratively with other departments in order to improve the product

    Your key success factors:

    • Fluent English level (both oral and written)
    • Customer oriented attitude
    • Analytical thinking
    • Practical knowledge of MS Office and data mining tools
    • Working experience with 3D Design (CAD Design tools) is a plus
    • Knowledge of WEB Server/Browser technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
    • Preferred field of studies: information technology and related
    • Good communication skills
    • Problem-solving abilities
    • Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Motivated, self-directed and driven
    • Availability to work for 12 months
