    You will:

    • Provide global Level 2 support for all Credit Suisse Access Management systems and processes
    • Provide dedicated focus for the new joiner, transfer and leaver processes. Work with HR to provide a premium client service for business employees who are being on-boarded or who are relocating (technical coordination)
    • Monitor and action service requests via the Credit Suisse in-house Access Management toolset (MyAccess) and SNOW queues responding in a timely manner
    • Security management of the Active Directory and LDAP in accordance to Credit Suisse standards; including maintenance of standards and policies
    • Manage escalations from senior Management and key Business partners across regions
    • Analyze current manual processes to identify areas of continuous improvement and increased efficiency opportunities
    • Proactively highlight/analyze issues and raise awareness to the Engineering team and feed into Product Management for remediation
    • Drive change to improve both technical products and processes providing a more efficient and cost effective service to the end user
    • Provide analysis to other teams within Credit Suisse to reduce risk and enhance controls
    • Ensure OLA’s are met, prepare and create ad-hoc reporting statistics using Business Objects, SQL and MS Excel

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to directly support business users and HR Staff
    • Hands on experience in Active Directory Security Administration
    • Good analytical skills
    • Very good command of English is a must
    • Experience in Access Management and associated IT Security processes
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010 products
    • Very good knowledge of local IT Security Policies  and Products
    • Knowledge of Tivoli Identity Manager or other Identity Management products



    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Good understanding of security principles (profiles, authentication, authorization)
    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, strong work ethic and self-motivation
    • Ability to work independently, with peers and collaborate across teams
    • Positive attitude, ready to help end-users with their issues
    • Problem solving skills (Root Cause Analysis)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
    • Scripting (PowerShell, VB, Perl)
    • SQL – experience in creating queries and running reports
    •  Experience in Business Objects and alternative reporting products
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practices (such as e.g. ITIL, CompTIA)
