  • An interesting role as team leader of a team of access management specialists that offers you the right platform to develop your capabilities in project, operational and quality management. The role is part of the SUB Services Poland team based in Wroclaw, reporting directly to the head of SUB Services Poland.
  • A very diverse set of roles and responsibilities, which you take responsibility for as an individual, as a team leader and as a team member.
  • A mandate with focus on access management topics that include providing global support to SUB employees to control, challenge and approve access rights according to the “Need-to-Know” principle and other relevant policies.
  • You will cooperate closely with our HR unit to provide access rights for new joiners and internal transfer. Also, capturing and analyzing partners’ feedback and recognizing potential fields for improvement, and subsequently cooperating with application owners to ensure best quality solutions for the business.

You Offer

  • You have a Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent education in an area related to Business Administration, Human Capital Management, Finance or Project Management
  • You are proficient in German and English to communicate with our partners
  • You possess at least 2 years of professional experience in holding a leadership function
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in project related tasks, preferably in an international corporate environment and/or within the banking or finance industry
  • You possess a strong attention to detail and ability to work with high amount of data
  • You combine persuasive social and problem solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high quality mind-set
  • You display a strong dedication and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions and hierarchies have enabled you in the past to deliver good results
  • You are passionate about people management and development
  • You bring along good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Knowledge VBA programming and/or of access management including understanding of security principles (profiles, authentication, and authorization) is a plus
