    Job Description

    Join our team of professionals and get involved in global IT projects.

    We offer involvement in innovative IT initiatives with variety of development possibilities. You will have a chance to lead international bid projects and gain great professional experience in area of bidding, presales, contract negotiations. You will work closely with our experts and clients, having a chance to manage the process of new offer creation. 

    Detailed job responsibilities:

    • Leading internal and external IT bid processes
    • Managing bidding process from the initiation phase through negotiations to handover
    • Close cooperation with solution teams and sales department
    • Actively following and promoting appropriate Project Governance
    • Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordinating project team during bidding phase
    • Risk, Change and Stakeholders management
    • Managing and monitoring bid budget, scope and schedule
    • Monitoring and reporting bid performance, progress and risk status

    Job Requirements

    • Master's degree preferably in area of IT technologies
    • Confirmed experience as Account Manager or Bid Manager
    • Confirmed experience in sales and presales area
    • Knowledge of project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, Agile), PMP® certification will be an asset
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills, ability to effectively maintain relationship with stakeholders using remote tools
    • Negotiations skills
    • Knowledge of MS Project or other scheduling tools will be an asset
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Practical experience with supportive project management tools will be a strong asset (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
    • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
    • Fluency in written and spoken German will be an asset
