Duties:
- Responsible for scanning, indexing and archiving client’s documentation
- Assisting with financial maintenance of client’s accounts - placing blocks, changing interest cycles and various other functions including liaising with front office staff
- Quality control of required documentation to comply with local onboarding regulations
- Comply with AML rules and regulations as they pertain to account changes and updates
- Ensure internal policies applicable to account maintenance are followed and adhered to
- Work within Private bank policy and requirements to meet privacy concerns and risk approval for client types
- Define and develop processes that provide risk control and efficiencies
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the business supported
Requirements:
- Ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong controls awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
