Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with the CMO on the development of strategic brand & acquisition marketing plans for a new SaaS product

  • Working closely with Sales in creating an effective acquisition strategy for enterprise accounts

  • Aligning Marketing and Sales in establishing account profiles and target personas across different geographies and use-cases to create effective enterprise customer journeys

  • Executing ABM programs from concept through execution: strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement

  • Developing and maintaining a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people

  • Partnering with Content and Creative teams to plan, organize and implement engaging, multi-channel campaigns for different accounts and different stages of the sales cycle

  • Differentiating Packhelp Pro from a brand and communication perspective from other Packhelp products

  • Supporting organic/paid and referral teams

  • Managing external agencies and freelancers

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (or 360 marketing roles)

  • Experience in inbound marketing, ABM, content marketing, lead nurturing, field marketing, audience targeting, advertising, content syndication, email, SEM, and events

  • Proven track record of executing innovative, multi-channel ABM programs for enterprise accounts

  • Experience working closely with the sales team to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement

  • Ability and willingness to communicate perfectly in English all day, every day

  • Good team player with strong "people skills", capable of building strong relationships

  • Independent and creative problem-solver

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • An action-oriented and persistent achiever with a data-driven mindset

  • Strategic thinking and willingness to get hands dirty

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Exceptional sense of visual communication and prioritization skills

  • Knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian or French
