The opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Account Coordinator, who will be supporting EY GSA in the management of operational and go to market activities for accounts in a specific market segment. The Account Management Support is responsible for supporting the execution of Account strategy through provision of administration, coordination, content development and operations support. The AC role offers to work closely with Account Managers, Business Development Executives, based in Germany/Switzerland/Austria to deliver consistent high-quality support across various business processes and coordination of activities associated to account development. The role also gives an opportunity to grow in area of process coordination and to manage the key elements of solid framework between EY GDS and EY GSA. Your key responsibilities

  • Working closely with Account Coordinators, Business Development Executives, and colleagues from Talent Hub and EY GDS
  • Expected to champion and lead the priority account management program for the designated accounts using the Account Management Framework (AMF). 
  • Supporting various processes & financial analysis reports like Sales & Pipeline report, New Budget Development, Revenue Planning etc.
  • Meeting potential additional reporting requirements and perform analysis for various stakeholders, maintain & update Global Account databases
  • To conduct research from publicly available databases and communicate to team via newsletters and other communication media
  • Accurately identify problems and report to the GDS team accordingly
  • Prepare the global account meeting materials and support to facilitate / participate region account team meetings.
  • Work with Account teams to establish communication protocol & team communication through effective use of communication media including Account team meeting, Presentation, Newsletter etc.
  • Responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and for embedding the principles of exceptional client service of being connected, responsive and insightful in our support to the account teams.

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of experience working in a corporate organization
  • Proven ability to perform Data analysis, Business research or Writing & Presentation
  • Fluency in and German (C1) and English (B2+)
  • Preferred degree level or higher in Business Administration/Economics or related subject/experience
  • Advanced understanding of MS office package especially Excel and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills and improvement mindset
  • Must be well organized and highly motivated to deliver results through a proactive and professional approach
  • Flexible, independent and communicative person, solution-oriented and capable to activate other
  • Be detail oriented and have the ability to produce high quality work
  • An ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within organization
