    ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (Digital)

    Location: Warszawa

    Publicis Commerce is our brand dedicated to the development of eCommerce offer for international and local Clients from CPG, consumer electronics, retail, luxury and finance industry. It provides the services of consumer research in commerce environment, design, production and audit of eCommerce content, omnichannel platform development as well as traffic generation and sales optimization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing complex international projects
    • Staying in contact and building relations with the Client
    • Acquiring new budgets
    • Managing a team of employees
    • Control and responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the teams’ work
    • Adequate and motivating setting of business and quality goals for the team
    • Preparation and presentation of offers in accordance with the agreed standards
    • Responsibility for the financial results of the team
    • Reporting the results of work to the supervisor

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Director or several years as an Account Supervisor in an advertising agency or in the marketing department on the Client’s side
    • Fluent business English – both written and spoken is a must
    • Knowledge of another language (Chinese, Japanese, French, Portuguese, German) is welcome
    • Experience in working with an international Client, preferably in the retail or FMCG area
    • Proficiency in conducting integrated communication strategies in the field of Digital/eCommerce
    • Ability to manage working time, budgets and the development of a team of several
    • Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with Clients
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing international environment
