Vertex Solutions is a highly successful IT / Technical recruitment consultancy based in London, Poland and India. We are undertaking significant growth to achieve our ambition of becoming the market leader in our sector across mainland Europe. Account Executive is required to build strong relationships, gain a strong in depth understanding of the specific needs within the business and ensure a very high level of quality recruitment services. You will be responsible for managing and growing revenue. You will be expected to deliver personally as well as managing a combined onshore / offshore delivery function.

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • To provide full permanent & contract staff recruitment services to the client
  • Build and maintain strong working relationship with client representatives
  • Conduct job briefings to get to know job requirements
  • Conduct search and select criteria
  • Pre-screen candidates and conduct either telephone or face to face interviews
  • Manage an onshore/offshore delivery function
  • Provide best practise resourcing training
  • Advertise vacancies as required utilising company process
  • Maintain company database in relation to client contacts, candidates, vacancies and placements
  • Provide client with agreed reports and conduct regular review meetings
  • Ensure all process are adhered to
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are in place and tracked for contract labour
  • Keep up to date with latest employment trends and markets

Requirements:

  • Solid experience and proven track record in candidate’s generation and management
  • Account Management experience within Software Engineering or Recruitment Consultancy
  • Relevant market knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop and utilise information and spot opportunity
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Committed and determined
  • High achiever
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English
