Goals:
Qualification of leads with minimum throughput time and drop rate
Win rate increase contribution of the group
Resources managed in line with all applicable processes
Cost of Pre-sales managed to budget for bids tracked individually through a Bid Budget
Optimal utilization of available team capacity in relation to qualified opportunities
Scope:
Manages community and coach bid team to develop an opportunity into a won contract.
Reports to the Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
Bid operations
Participates in the Prioritization meetings to maintain a clear understanding of priorities in the pipeline
Heads the allocation meetings in which the key resources are allocated to bids
Maintains a capacity plan for the group of Bid and Demand Managers and Financial Architects, ensures availability of these resources aligned to this plan and to the commitments made for ongoing bids. Secure resources from outside group where required.
Ensures proper application of Atos standard practices (e.g.. Win Workshop, Win/loss Review) by the Bid Managers and Financial Architects in the group
Stays aligned with Global Atos developments to ensure timely implementation of changes in standard practices by the team members
Operates as facilitator to Win Workshops (major deals only)
Follows-up on a perpetual basis (weekly) the status of ongoing bids with the group of Pre-sales Professionals
Organize related knowledge management at Global Account level
People management
Manages and develop the group of Pre-sales Professionals
Operates as a coach to new members of the group
Organizes for sharing of experiences, development of local practices and exchange between the members of the group to obtain a self-learning organization

• Experience in leading pre-sales areas within a sophisticated environment
• Ability to influence across a large number of partners and business areas.
• Customer-focused, strategic problem solver who can translate insight into improvement activity
• Understanding of quality and risk management
• Good communication skills, able to articulate in compelling ways to gain consensus and trust from the leadership team, client, and other partners
• Leadership across multiple business areas and locations and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
