Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Maintaining and achieving/exceeding the targets within the assigned territory and customers.
  • Daily acquisition of new and development of existing customers.
  • Inspire your customers' confidence by explaining our full range of products and services clearly, eloquently, and professionally
  • Maintain the image of the company by representing the brand, the products and ourselves well and treating the customer fairly and honestly. Making ourselves recognised as the best in the industry.
  • Constant knowledge update of company’s product and service.
  • Collect feedback on customer needs and expectations.
  • Working with the CRM.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and exchange ideas, techniques, methods, tricks to improve sales knowledge and confidence.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational webinars, reviewing corporate publications, and establishing personal networks.
  • Contributing to team effort where necessary.
  • Reports to the Team Lead,
  • This position is related to customer portfolio management (not related to team management).

Nasze wymagania

  • Higher education or similar work experience.
  • Excellent Dutch language skills, both written and verbal. Fluent level of English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to analyse and generalize.
  • Honesty, accuracy, reliability.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good stress tolerance.
  • Advanced experience in MS Office and any CRM software.

Mile widziane

  • Industry and financial instruments trading knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and requirements for financial service companies.
  • Similar previous work experience.
  • Experience in Atlassian, JIRA and Meta Trader.
