Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for hunting, onboarding new merchants
You will educate new sellers, build and maintainlong-term relationships with European merchants
You will monitor the growth of long-tail sellers, cooperate with clients closely, understanding their potential and development plans, and identify initiatives that will support their growth
You will work closely with various internal departments, including category managers, customer experience, marketing, advertising, PR, and technology, to optimize solutions and build comprehensive knowledge about available tools and their use
You will be involved in the improvement of the products, by presenting the issues as well as the possible solutions for your clients
Our requirements
Have a minimum of 3-years experience in (cross-border) e-commerce or
contact with client
Are fluent in English, written and spoken (C1 Level minimum)
Are team players and enjoy working in an international environment
Are experienced in GSuite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Are self-starters and results focused
Are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
