Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and sell the value of Bayer Crop Science products that best fit customer.
  • Account management to strengthen relationships with growers and market stakeholders.
  • Provide a consistent customer experience leading to customer loyalty.
  • Provide forecast for the area to setup a visibility for demand planning.
  • Implement/deliver on the operational plan in sales area to delivers top line and Gross Margin.
  • Responsibility for the targeted budget execution.
  • Organize and set promotion trials to create awareness and position our products in order to generate demand at grower and seed shop/dealer level.
  • Summarize and Communicate relevant information back to the organization to ensure full understanding of grower needs and market requirements.
  • Secure the sales order or obtaining purchase commitment from grower, seed shop or dealer and motivating any channel partner for the follow up on the sales.
  • Leverage on marketing and promotion tools in order to secure either the order placement or purchase commitment from the grower.
  • Collecting payment from own customers.
  • Handling quality complaints.
  • Collaborate with different departments inside the company in order to provide best customer experience and product implementation into the market.

Who You Are?

  • Higher education, preferably agriculture
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position (sales representative, sales manager etc.)
  • Good knowledge of agriculture branch, especially seeds & vegetables
  • Experience in setting field trials and organizing demonstrations for clients
  • Communicative English knowledge is a must
  • Great communication skills & ability to build long term relations
  • Sales drive & goal orientation
  • Being a team player with ability to work individually
  • Driving license B
