The primary function of this position is to develop with dynamism the sales of integrated CAD/CAM solutions, digital leather cutting solutions dedicated to the furniture industry.
For our client, a global provider of software and automation solutions for furniture industry, we are looking for an Account Manager.
- Develop aggressively the business by increasing the market share, creating new reference accounts and carrying out segment penetration.
- Strengthen the existing business through regular customer reviews to identify and conclude new solution opportunities.
- Initiate with local marketing and communication teams, all actions required to evaluate and stimulate the market and pipeline
- Build and maintain the appropriate network to collect and disseminate information
- Competition analysis & Benchmarking. Develop an extensive knowledge base on the software market trends in the Furniture industry
- Report regularly to the Sales Director the status of the business and the progress made on action plans and initiatives
- Work closely with the different teams (Management, marketing, professional service) to build and execute the subsidiary strategy.
- At least 5 years of experience in direct sales of high value solutions, including a minimum of two years selling software
- A proven track record of sales
- Proven success in large international account management
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Upholstery Industry would big plus
- Experience in Software Sales and Sale of Complex Solutions
- Strong Hunter mentality
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
