Account Manager

Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk

Digiteum is a fast-growing cross-functional software development company serving clients in the EU, UK, and USA. Due to the very high demand for IT services, we are expanding our team and searching for talented candidates to join our offices in Poland for the position of Account Manager.

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company services and the clients they serve. As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with them and ensure their expectations are met.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with clients' expectations.
  • Communicate clients’ needs and demands to the company.
  • Forecast and track clients’ account metrics.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out clients' goals while meeting the company's goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Work with multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of clients' transactions in the company’s CRM.
  • Make reports and send invoices to clients (invoices are issued by the accounting).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2-year experience in the account management field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Fast learning ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Spoken English proficiency.
