    Together with our client, part of global oil concern, producer and distributor automotive and industrial lubricants, we are looking for great sales person responsible for whole Poland.

    • managing geographical area by effective planning of daily activity, including customer visits and quantitative/qualitative objectives that are agreed (B2B chanell)
    • developing and managing Customers in Poland and target Industrial segments (production company, mines, steel mills, power plants, etc.)
    • actively acquiring new customers
    • identifying and analyzing customer needs based on application / potential issues and developing commercial offer
    • supporting the S&OP process by providing monthly updates based on changes in demand
    • providing basic technical support and advice to customers and prospects wneh required
    • monitoring market trends and competitors activities
    • participating in sales meetings, sharing information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products, field problems, etc.
    • preparing reports
    • building strong internal relationships with all support functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical etc.) to ensure an aligned approach for the region
    • increasing the awareness of tour brand and creating a strong sales pipeline


    • bachelor or master degree in technical field
    • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial sector (especially production companies, mines, steel mills, power plants, etc.)
    • sound lubricant and/or industrial sector background
    • very good knowledge of English
    • highly motivated and challenger to set new business context
    • ability to work alone and as a team player within a multi-national company
    • relationship builder and trustful
    • enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter attitude
    • very good open and effective communication skills
    • readiness for travelling across dedicated region
    • ability to organize own work routine with guidance provided by sales manager
