Your responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales results. Development and support of the sales and dealer network and implementation of the comprehensive IR sales strategy

  • Analyze market trends and brand trends in your region and across the board together as a team

  • Establish a strategic plan, set goals, and fulfill them for a specific area, customer, distributor and new accounts

  • Personal responsibility for Sales Opportunities Management and Sales Lead Management

  • Direct reporting to the Team Leader

  • Support of our distributors during joint visits to our end customers; visit our key accounts directly

  • Able to understand the technical requirements and work processes of our customers to recognize technical potentials, and then to offer our solutions

  • Comfortable with travel as a core part of the role 2-3 days/Week

Our requirements

  • Communicative level of English and Polish, any other language advantage

  • Sales excellence, self-motivation, Sales experience is welcome

  • Analytical a strong teamwork skills

  • Independently promote and sell our products within an assigned geographic area

  • Excellent management skills

  • High level of self-control & self-responsibility

  • Communicational and technical skills

  • Good technical knowledge and understanding; preferably technical professional experience

  • Driver license B

  • Based in the Poland (preferably near to cities Białystok or Lublin)

About the job

Proactive management of sales activities related to sales growth and market share expansion for the power tool SBU within the assigned area. Identify all new opportunities, new direct customers, new dealers and new distributors. Actively support the development of IR dealers and distributors by enabling sustainable business growth. Develops long-term sales plans for key customers and monitors or adapt sales activities so objectives are met. Concentration on the fulfillment and achievement of the monthly and annual plan. Proactively support other teammates in sales excellence, customer support, etc. Follow the requirements and strategies set by leadership. Act like an IR brand ambassador.
