Your responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers regularly to ensure continuation of business
  • Identify and target new business, including active use of potential items recorded in CRM system
  • Drive strategy for sales growth in line with company strategy for dedicated customers according to customer classification
  • Negotiate prices in line with local guidelines and market conditions
  • Attend customer visits
  • Agree and negotiate with customers on price increases and/or change of delivery volume of existing orders when necessary
  • Attend customer events, seminars, exhibitions etc.

Our requirements

  • You have completed a commercial and/or technical apprenticeship/training
  • Academic studies/training is an advantage but not mandatory
  • You have relevant professional experience in sales and a basic technical knowledge and understanding of polymer types
  • You are experienced in working with SAP in a B2B environment
  • You are fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
  • You are able to work proactively on own initiative
  • You are able to undertake and put into practice known sales skills and training
  • You are confident in making cold and warm calls and you have strong listening and presentation skills
