Your responsibilities
You will acquire new clients and enable them to use Seduo.pl. We focus on corporate clients, and this will be a task for you.
One time it will be a bank, another time a technology company - empathy and adaptability will therefore play a key role.
Sometimes will present before the client, in front of the Boards or even for all the employees and teach them how to work properly with the system and the value it gives. It sounds complicated, but it's not. In fact, it’s quite cool 😊
Our requirements
You have business in your blood. Take responsibility, own your portfolio, manage it.
You come with in with knowledge and relations in business education, training, benefits or HR consulting relations with Training and Development HR segment - and you did it for minimum of 2 years.
You have B2 level command of English. 50% of work is in English.
You can listen to the client while convincing him with clear and understandable arguments. You embody the principles of win-win strategy.
You get things done. No, we don't just say it, it will be really needed here.
