Your responsibilities
Support Finance Team in receiving, reviewing, and checking financial documents for completeness
Active invoices verification
Processing documents using financial systems & tools
Reporting activities related to the processed documents
Supporting simple activities done by Finance Team according to the priorities (review suppliers' open items, check vendor payments, reconcile & analyze account balances during month end close process, etc.)
Be engaged in the team meetings of Finance Team
Our requirements
You know English on a communicative level
You are a student, a graduate of the following faculties: Finance, Economics, Accounting or related
You want to join an international company and develop new practical competences in the accounting area
You are a communicative person.
You learn very quickly

Gates Business Services Europe in Wroclaw is currently looking for outstanding interns to join the Accounts Payables Team and support them in daily operational work. The Accounts Payable Intern is responsible for Suppliers based in the EMEA region. In this role, you will liaise directly with suppliers and the internal financial departments.
