Your responsibilities
Quality and timely execution of vendor invoice corrections, non-standard documents and approval of month end closing activities for the select EMEA markets
Collaborating with teams in the assigned region as well as other global services centers to align on best practice and key insights
Managing calls and solve requests, ensure turn-around-time and expected SLA are met with diligent business support
Performing month end closing activities and GL accounts reconciliation in scope of AP
Ensuring execution, timely review and approval of weekly payment run for all countries in scope and other ad hoc payments
Create and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within complex, matrixed organization
Our requirements
Previous experience in Accounting, especially in AP
Fluent English and Czech
Experience working with SAP will be an asset
Strong focus on keeping attention to detail
Understanding of the complexity of a global business and its processes
Sense of urgency with strong desire to learn
