Your responsibilities
- Providing post-sale support to our customers in a mixed support model (pooled support & aligned accounts)
- Being an expert on the customer portal, accountable for advising and training stakeholders
- Analyzing and interpreting customer usage data contributing to customer success
- Developing global relationships with internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to become a trusted advisor
- Supporting members of your Account Management Team with reporting and other activities
Our requirements
- Be fluent in verbal and written German language as well as proficient at English language
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-focused service or IT industry environment
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Show good knowledge and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Be highly accountable with prioritization skills and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
