Your responsibilities
- responsible for creation MIDs and changes in Admin Panel according to sign Agreements and Annexes;
- ensuring the proper circulation of recruitment and office documents;
- responsible for filling out Agreements, Annexes and other documents;
- customer onboarding following internal company procedures and guidelines;
- collaboration with other Departments (AML, RISK, ACCOUNTING).
Our requirements
- strong motivation to deliver positive results with high speed and quality;
- ability to survive the stress and pressure of very optimistic deadlines and demanding clients;
- polish and english C-level fluency; Russian/Ukrainian is a strong advantage;
- good knowledge of MS Office;
- communication skills and ability to work in a team.
