Your responsibilities

  • Cooperation with business partners & vendors to resolve discrepancies

  • Issuing of Manual Payment Requests

  • Review of rejected/returned payments

  • Performing ad hoc activities

  • Monitoring the approval flow of invoices

  • Supporting month end closing activities related to the Accounts Payable department

  • Building positive and strong relationships with Team

Employer requirements

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Open mindset towards change

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English and/or French

  • Ability to prioritize tasks


  • Understanding of AP department

  • SAP knowledge is an asset
