Your responsibilities
Administrates and controls invoices and other relevant process documents.
Conducts (period-end) processing and reporting.
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and J-SOX controls through direction and communication with company facilities and corporate locations.
Resolves stakeholder queries and complaints relating to the process area as specified by SLAs and escalates these where needed.
Resolves unallocated payment items.
Responsible for management of customer-vendor accounts.
Supports the conflict management and handling of customer/vendor disputes.
Updates financial records, dunning, and collection procedures.
Our requirements
BSc/MSc in Accounting or other related.
Previous experience in the Finance area – preferably related to the Accounts Receivable field.
Strong business English (oral and written skills).
Strong communication skills (oral and written skills) in Czech.
