Your responsibilities
Perform accounting for assigned subsidiaries
Handle workflow and coding of vendor invoices
Handle reminders from suppliers
Bank statement posting and reconciliation
Running and controlling invoicing job
Accruals and Prepayments in close co-operation with the controller of organisation
Intercompany reconciliations
Fixed assets register handling
VAT calculations and reconciliations
Reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts
Perform sanity checks on assigned accounts and on the result of assigned subsidiary
Assist during external auditing
Closing-the Books - monthly, quarterly and yearly for the assigned subsidiaries
Support the controllers with information, data and reports on a regular, as well as on an ad-hoc, basis
Our requirements
Master Degree in Finance/Business Administration or completed upper secondary economics course. At least 2 years relevant experience within Accounting.
Fluent in English, other foreign languages would be an asset
Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles
Service-minded
Good analytical skills
Accurate- and quality-conscious but yet flexible

Readiness to learn new things
