Your responsibilities
posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in GE and NL Business Units
updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations in GE and NL Business Units
updating accounts receivable and issue invoices in GE and NL Business Units
postig and processing bank transactions in GE and NL Business Units
preparing payment lists in GE and NL Business Unit
prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (cash flow report, aging)
assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
assist with other accounting projects
Our requirements
good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
proven experience as a junior accountant
excellent organizing abilities
very good English at least B2 level, Germany or Dutch is a plus but not required
experience with Exact Accounting System is a plus but not required
