Your responsibilities
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping,
Booking/ reconciliation of entries related to intercompany and GL accounts,
Executing standard processes within the team according to procedures,
Assisting while performing internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework,
Participation in improvement projects and identification areas for improvement within existing process,
Undertaking research and analytical tasks as well as any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities,
Ensuring proper company policies and documented SOX procedures are being followed,
Supporting audit or other regulatory requests,
Cooperation with our foreign strategic partner.

Our requirements
2+ years of relevant job experience required (GL experience preferred),
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required,
Fluent Polish and English,
Strong problem-solving skills
Proactive & innovative approach to work and sense for improvements,
Great communication and teamwork skills

Our Intercompany Team is looking for support in scope of supervision and controlling of operations carried out by an international team of specialists. The team deals mainly with month-end closing processes, including reconciliation of company balances within ADM.
