Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all transactions in the AP area are properly maintained, coded, recorded, and reported on a timely basis

  • Close cooperation with local markets and understanding of basic AP accounting principles

  • Document management, Invoice processing, employee claims and advance payments processing, vendor master data, AP Period-end closing, supplier account reconciliation

  • Processing and booking of inter-company invoices with timely follow-up on issues related to invoice matching

  • Coordination of monthly inter-company balance confirmation, resolving any issues and differences

  • Preparing and maintaining procedures related to delegated tasks

  • Initiate and participate in monthly follow up calls with assigned countries

  • Participation in preparing and maintaining SOX documentation and perform SOX testing

  • Being active in finding solutions in order to improve the day by day work for the countries under responsibility

Employer requirements

  • Qualified Accountant or BSc in Finance, Economy or other degree

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience

  • Very good level of English language

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Microsoft Windows PC

  • Experience from working in SSC/ BPO/ GBS

  • Action and goals oriented

  • Customer focused

  • Ability to work independently
