Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Accountant

- new global position in a growing SSC

Location: Warszawa
Acc/SSC

Main responsibilities

  • Providing services within Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Cash Management / General Ledger (depending on experience and preferences)
  • Contact with external and internal clients
  • Identifying potential process improvements
  • Preparing daily accounting and processing work in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Performing monthly and periodic reconciliation and reporting requirements
  • Participation in various department projects (e.g. connected to transitions from new countries and/or implementation of new business systems)
Requirements
  • Relevant educational background within Finance & Accounting or similar faculty
  • Experience in accounting department is highly desirable (especially within Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Billing / General Ledger)
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of another European language would be an asset (especially German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Czech, Slovak or Romanian)
  • Good analytical, organisational and communication skills with ability to cooperate in a global work environment
  • Knowledge of accounting ERP systems and SSC/BPO sector would be an asset
  • Quick availability would be a plus
