Your responsibilities
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports using Microsoft Dynamic and Excel
Invoicing and purchasing, creating expense claims, and managing payroll
Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
Monitoring spending and budgets
Auditing and analysing financial performance
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Ensuring that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Keeping account books and systems up to date
Preparation of accounts and tax returns
Supporting management with tasks such as preparation of contracts, insurance related subjects and purchasing from international suppliers
Our requirements
Educational background in accounting or another related field
Previous experience in financial administrative tasks
Fluent level of English, Swedish is an advantage. English will be your main working language.
Previous experience of using ERP tool
Strong eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers and data
Highly organized work style
Growth mindset to drive the development of company and a can-do attitude
