Recruitment for
Our client is an international manufacturing company based near Wrocław, a global leader in it's sector and a very well-known company. They are currently looking to expand their structures in accounting together with further development of their Greenfield in Lower Silesia.
Your responsibilities
- Accounting for direct and indirect production costs
- Cooperation with the purchasing department and verification of the completeness of documents submitted for posting
- Reconciling inventory balances at the end of the reporting month and calendar month
- Verifying monthly inventory reports, calculating reserves and inventory write-offs
- Analysis of counterparties' settlement accounts and balance confirmations received from suppliers
- Accounting of cost invoices
- Supporting the team in other accounting duties, including month-end closing in accordance with Polish regulations and for consolidation purposes in accordance with US GAAP
Employer requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Practical knowledge of accounting law and tax law
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (knowledge of German will be an advantage)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office tools (in particular MS Excel)
- Experience in working with ERP class systems (knowledge of Oracle system will be an asset)
- Meticulousness, responsibility, ability to think logically and analytically
- Flexibility, paying attention to problem solving
