Your responsibilities
Accounting for domestic and foreign purchase documents in accordance with the Accounting Act and internal procedures
Issuing sales invoices
Accounting for domestic and foreign business trips
Entering and posting bank statements
Participating in the closing of reporting periods and end of year closures
Clearing and posting of reserves, accruals
Preparing GUS and NBP reports
Handling accounting documents and supervising their correct circulation in the company
Supporting the preparation of VAT returns
Confirming and reconciling balances with counterparties
Supporting the preparation of financial statements and annual audits
Our requirements
University degree (economics, finance, accounting)
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as an accountant
Practical knowledge and ability to apply the issues of the Accounting Act and the applicable tax regulations
Knowledge of Enova365 software (ideal, but not obligatory)
Knowledge of English (at least B1)
