Your responsibilities
- Posts transactions in the accounting system
- Reviews transaction documents and recognizes/posts revenue
- Issues invoices and distributes to brokers or clients according to the given instructions
- Performs administrative tasks(enters transaction details to the system, collects approvals, validates information from the operations)
- Validates and books journals in the accounting system
- Monitors mailbox and resolves queries raised by the stakeholders
- Performs ad hoc tasks assigned by the leader
Our requirements
- University degree.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must.
- Accounting background is preferred. Employees with Accounts Payable/Receivables experience are welcomed.
- Peoplesoft knowledge would be an asset.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Eye for details.
- Good understanding of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Experience with Service Now would be an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure with proactive approach to unusual occurrences.
- Ability to perform multiple requests with varying deadlines while maintaining routine workload demand and deadlines.
