Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the office organisation

  • Procurement, organisation and management of office materials

  • Processing and distribution of incoming mail

  • Checking and releasing invoices

  • Preparatory bookkeeping and support with payment transactions

  • Carrying out various accounting tasks

  • Monitoring and control of expenses reports

  • Reception and support of visitors and guests

  • Coordination and organisation of internal and external events, meetings and customer events

Our requirements

  • Studies of Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar formation

  • From 3 to 5 years of professional experience on a similar position

  • You are autonomous, structured, organised and have strong communication skills

  • You are reliable and work in a results-oriented manner

  • Easy access to software and tools

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • You are adaptable, a team player and have a high level of active and passive critical faculties
