- Bank account reconciliations
- Credit and debit card management
- Process payroll quarterly and yearly reports (Form W-2, W-3, 941, 940)
- General ledger maintenance
- Monthly closing procedure
- Financial statement preparation and Income Tax Preparation
- KPI's analysis
- Reviewing, investigating, and preparing corrections to errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
Our requirements
- At least five years of related experience
- Higher education directional, Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with accounting software (knowledge of QB,TMW is welcome)
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written skills)
- Experience gained in accounting in the US will be an additional advantage
- Ready to work with flexible hours (USA shifts).
