Your responsibilities
Verifying and booking of cost invoices and bank transactions
Review balance sheet and P&L accounts
Control of end of month reconciliation between subsidiary companies
Management of fixed asset register
Monitor of account payable and account receivable transactions
Verifying and preparing data for month-end closing activities
Involvement in the monthly, quarterly reporting process (internal management reports)
Preparing and reviewing tax reports for international tax offices (VAT, income, sales tax)
Cooperation with the external accounting service providers
Record of “one-off” sales invoices and review of revenue
Cooperation with our entities located worldwide (Canada, United States, UK, UAE etc.)
Looking for improvements and process automation
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of tax and accounting processes and accounting principles
Strong experience in General Ledger accounting
Analytical skills, willingness to learn and increase responsibilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
Being open to changes in approaches and able to manage priorities efficiently
Optional
Qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Accounting/Tax experience with the English speaking jurisdiction
Previous experience in the internet, software or e-commerce sectors
